AES New York 2011

Welcome back.

When we arrived in NYC, the Occupy Wall Streetdemonstrations were still in full activity. Impressive scenes...

Dave Derr of Empirical Labs is giving a special performance while demoing his great products. Rock on, Dave!

I was very glad that Tom VDH commuted between Doug Fearn's booth and ours to help with the demos. Thanks, dude.

This is Alan Parsons visiting the booth and having a little chat with Roger Cloud about the magic of microphones.

Frank Perry aka Ionian is a big fan of our stuff. Seems like we were talking gear for ages, which was a true pleasure.

Long time no see:
Angela Piva and Roey Shamir of INFX Productions. Always good meeting you guys!

Torsten Gatu of Softube with a thundering performance. Sweden not only has great plugins, but rock stars as well!

A nice night shot of the New York skyline I took from the Top of the Rock (the observation deck of Rockefeller Center).

After two years of abstinence from New York City, we returned for the AES show at the Javits Convention Center in October 2011. Big apple, here we go!

Joel Hamilton and the crew posing in front of the ever-growing trade show stack. The mpressor mania prevails.

Another mpressor lover and early adopter: Michael Brauer searching for new secret weapons?

And to complete the mpressor all stars at the AES, here comes Ryan Hewitt. Good people come in threes ;-)

Jules Standen is obviously having a good time. No surprise – piles of gear should make any gearslut happy.

Also enjoying his time at the show: Erwin Strich from ES-ProAudio visiting for a round of pure fun.

Behind blue eyes... Dirk Ulrich from Brainworx hosted a nice little party show at Iggy's Karaoke Lounge.

Marty Druckman from Network Pro Marketing with another great performance. Oh, what a night...

We left New York like we always do: Very tired, but with a smile on our faces. Knowing that we would come back to the States very soon - this time for NAMM!
